FBAR & FATCA Filing

US taxpayers with financial accounts or assets abroad may have extra reporting duties, and the penalties for missing them can be severe.

You generally need to file an FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) if your foreign accounts together exceeded $10,000 at any time during the year. FATCA reporting on IRS Form 8938 is separate and applies above thresholds that depend on your filing status and where you live.

We review your accounts and assets, tell you which reports apply, and prepare them accurately.

What you get

  • FBAR preparation and e-filing
  • Form 8938 preparation
  • A review of your foreign accounts and assets
  • Support with offshore disclosure if needed
